What about a photo shoot at the Ribblehead viaduct, there's a layby there we could all fit on and it would be a good backdrop for the pics :dunno

Sounds good that Sprocker.. I have no idea where we are going really, just read about a road in Bike magazine and thought it seemed like a good idea..:confused If you can take us to a great pic spot, that would be excellent.........
 
The viaduct is at the end of the road from settle up the b6479 where it turns right onto the b6255....you cant miss it it's fookin huge :biggrin

2nd Meet - M6 junction 31 Tickled Trout (Fuel Station) 10.45am

Then Route A682, A65 to Settle..

Main Ride - B6255 / B6479 Settle To Hawes..

I can then post how many will be going on the day and poss let a pub know we are coming with Bikes etc..

Good call, that'll be an excellent spot for a group photo.:thumbup Last time I was there last year I was running past it doing the 3 Peaks!:eek: Should be slightly less energetic on Sunday - unless I break down and have to push!!:biggrin
 
Times should be approx -

Leigh - Greyhound Roundabout - 09:45am
Haydock / M6 Roundabout - 10:00am (No Requests to meet yet.)
Preston / M6 Tickled Trout - 10:30 till 10:45am
Gisburn - 11:15ish
Settle - 11:45am - (A Brew Will Be Required By Leigh / Manc Lads at this point)
Leave Settle 12:00
Arrive Hawes 22 Miles Later - Time ?
