Northern Lads Ride Out.......

Checking in.. We 2 home safe..: thumbup

(Apologies we missed the run home with you Spooks. Dan, Rick.. )

Sorry for not reporting in sooner, needed to watch Manchester Derby & i had taped it and wanted to watch before someone told me the final score...

Glad everyone had a good day. Yorkrsvr - your heartbeat ok now? Glad i went at the back and certainly showed me that i am still a novice rider and not sure who was behind (2 Up Aswell) when i braked on a corner, but my apologies... Arse went...Sorry...:jack

Think i need a track day or something to give me some more confidence as it knocked me a bit..:dunno

I will upload the pics shortly when i figure out how i did it last time..

Thanks anyway, Nice Folk...:thumbup Hope to see you soon and glad we all turned out, if only to see what 25 bikes in a line looks like ...:doug

Defo up for a weekend next year, no probs.. Few Beers always makes it memorable...

Me behind with my lad on, thought whoo, there's smoke coming from behind, then saw there was smoke coming from your back tyre as well.:devious:thumbup.

Just got in as had to go straight to mother-in-laws for lunch!

Great to meet you all and ride some fantastic roads - even more pleased that everyone got out, had a blast and got home safely (apart from the indicator lense:thumbup).

Big thanks to Beechy (must be some relative of Rossi :dunno) and his mate Baz for taking me and my brother on an excellent route upto to meet the rest of you.

Would be good to have you wessies up our way next year - start the planning now?

Here's the few pics I took..........

Great day out fellas...and girls :thumbup always a pleasure to meet new peeps and glad everyone made it back safely. Thanks to rhodesy for getting this together, and of course to Beechy for leading the way...again :biggrin top marks matey you can lead the next one too :thumbup a it was a good pace for such a large group.

My nephew, who phoned me in the morning to say he couldn't make it as his exhaust was in bits, got it all back together and was able to meet up with us at Ribblehead . He's a newbie rider and his pace has improved considerably since his disasterous first outing (and broken collar bone ) so it's always a worry what his mother will do to me if I bring him home in bits again :biggrin but i think he did pretty good to stay with the group.

JaRSV and his bro' passed us on the way to York on the homeward trip, saw you in my mirrors creeping up on us, that mivv can sounds awesome jase :inlove

Spooky's bike...fooking hell matey baggy first dibs if your selling it :inlove (of course i won't be able to afford it, but i still want first shot :biggrin )

And did you see the size of him

Hopefully yorkrsvr got a good video of us on the road, pity he was on the corner just after the one I got my knee down on so you lot wont see it :roll :biggrin. It was good talking to ya before the rest of the rabble turned up :biggrin and hope your nerves, and pups are doing ok :thumbup

I think I got round most of you, either to talk to, say hello, or at least goodbuy, If i missed anyone then sorry, and who was the blonde on the blade with a grip of iron :biggrin that's some handshake she has there

I'll put my pics up tomorrow. and once again thanks for a great day :thumbup

A greta day indeed, no worries mate it was good to meet up and ride out with you.:biggrin

You've got my number so if you fancy a ride out some sunny saturday let me know - would be good to get a ride out when you're not fannying around with your tyre pressures all the time LOL:nana

Good pics BTW

Wes have PM you.....

Yes we had been parked at the top of the lay bye for 10 mins,, sorry didnt see you on the way out.......we then went over Quernmore then down A6 home to Leyland......Then we had Shandy or two..............Some good photos there mate see you soon....

Now then guys and gals, Sorry for the late post but just got in off the night shift from hell. Got home safe and sound, followed Killa down to the A65 and said my goodbyes to him, Tina and Ken. Steve, Dan and Rick, thought we were going back the same way as we came but you carried straight on when we left Hawes. Me and Pointer waited for a while but you never came back....Doh. Anyway that was the most enjoyable day I've had in ages, top marks to one and all, it was nice to meet you all. Kawasakiinit, Dave you've got a special one there in Trudy, not many partners would be happy being thrown out of the seat over the jumps to Hawes and then want to get her hands warm, you know were. Thanks to Pointer for telling me about the plod in their unmarked golfs, encountered two of them on the way back to Gisburn. Thanks again for a great day, hope to do it again. Ken, sort the piss up out for next year. A special big up to Rhodesy for getting this sorted, cheers Steve.
