From reading your comments I have gathered:
Battery has 12.3 V
Starter relay replaced
The starter motor spins yet the engine doesn't
OK?
According to my understanding of the image above the starter motor is a direct drive unit and never disconnects from the engine, drive to start the engine is achieved via a sprag clutch.
Therefore if the starter motor spins and the engine does not turn it has to be the sprag clutch at fault.

right its a bit dark in my garage and i cant quite see properly im stuggling to see where the starter motor is, i can see the red ignition lead i think it is! am i close to it i know its a silly question but ive never seen the starter motor! its one of those questions you only ask once

26 are the coil packs hence they go to the plugs via the leads. Useful again think its about my bedtime, oooooh me back

Get out there and find that starter motor you tart! 
Have you started charging that battery of yours yet???
Remove panel, follow down to the centre of the bike and trace forward and you young Jedi will find it. All else fails, let me know and i'll go and take a pic of where it is and post it up :nana
