Hello... and what do you replace a Tuono with?!!

So one of my first posts here, but a big hello from the Big Smoke :cheers.

Am the proud owner of a 2009 Factory which is just mega in every way. Here are a couple pics taken this summer. Having piled the miles on (now at 7.5k miles, she's the daily chariot unless wet), the question is what do you replace the Tuono with?

7500 miles in 4 years is nowt,....if you like the T,keep it.

Aye, the miles are relatively low and I'm happier she gets a regular workout rather than sit around drying out. Just massive fun in almost all situations, but only wish she had a slightly better turning circle and offered better mpg! I've always had Hondas/Yams to use during the winter season or when the weather is miserable, so am debating whether to keep the T this winter and get another winter hack alongside her, or just let the T go.

Get a cheap hack to use across the winter. :yes

You already answered the question anyway.

Lovely bike. There's not many fun road bikes match up to the Tuono to be honest and I have only owned one for a few weeks.

I always run two bikes, one for the summer weekends and trips and one to run back and forwards to work on. I use the commuter in all weathers except snow and ice, so about 10 months of the year. I run a 600 bandit as my daily bike and it costs me peanuts to run and maintain.

Ah hello Mr SP. You may remember me from a trip we did in June to The Pyrenees on our alternative bikes ? I would say that you should get another T-Max for winter slog and keep the Tuono safely tucked away alongside that other Italian beast, just like I do.

Ah, Grasscutter! :cheers Yes, our adventure should be repeated... on the Ts!

That bike looks bloody mint.
If you can afford to keep it, do so and get a hack for the winter.

Done. Winter hack bought!

Possibly replace it with a ride on mower, the same performance but loads more street cred.
