backtracking a few posts...... I'd prefer a longish ride on the Saturday afternoon, plenty of booze on the night, and a gentle ride home on Sunday morning. Then again I'm only 40 mins from Aber so appreciate those coming from further afield may have different ideas.

Flopping heck, dont think I'd be in any fit state to ride home on Sunday am after a nite on the pop. I usually fester for quite a few hours
until I can see straight. As far as curry goes, :eek Steak n chips for me

Jee whizz I can't keep up. What route were u thinking of the the Saturday then Gilo. Mindful that most of the boys will be coming from Mid Wales anyroads so they'll just be backtrackingif they come to Aber and then have to go back up that way.

Unless of course Stix, you and me meet in Aber and then take a ride to Mid Wales to meet whoever at Cross Gates. Make our way back via a different route and do the Top gear Road back to Aber and meet the rest of them in Aber and then go for a short recce over towards Talgarth, Llangorse, Brecon and a different way back to Aber

Well I need an MOT on my bike on the 1st of April so I hope it doesn't fail then. I think I can get it done a month beforehand though which will then last for over 12 months then.

To be honest mate I don't think yours will pass with the wavey disc brakes so we'll prob see you in the summer some time

It didn't pass with the wavey discs you are correct, which is why I have just bought some OEM ones!! Should be done today hopefully now :thumbup

Well rear suspension looks fine as Griff looked at that last Sept. Checked the grease down below and where yours seized up looks well greased down below.

Cant really see what it'd fail on at the mo. The guy that did the MOT offered to buy the bile last year so he obviously thought there was nothing wrong with it.

Ok Bay, I'll take ****** & meet up with Welly & Ash somewhere near Bridgenorth. Will probably meet with Welly near Much Wenlock as it's en route. I've looked at a map & think welly is a trogladite living somewhere in a cave in the hills. Suggest we then go Knighton/Craven Arms - Crossgates to meet with you guys then your route back to Aber to drop off the kit then off for you local tour to wherever. I know the route from my doorstep to Crossgates is exactly 50 miles going either of my normal routes. Detour via Much Wenlock / Bridgnorth is probably going to add 20-30 miles to it as I need to backtrack via Shrewsbury to get on the Bridgenorth road which is an hour from mine idf I remember right, or is that Stourbridge. Any way taking Blade to Bromsgrove on Saturday for its first service so can get my timigs right then. Anybody fancy a shakedown. Welly / ****** / Zippy if yer about. Service will only take about an hour or so I'm booked in for 12.00ish.
