Forum meet.

Might as well meet atmine as it's en route from yours. I'd say between 10.00 & 11.00. I'll probably need to sort out a couple of chores such as dog walking but will know nearer to the time we do have a month to go don't we ??

Also depends whether we want to go via Much Wenlock & meet up with welly or meet him at crossgates, also Ash whether he wants to meet up with us first. If we all headed to Much wenlock we could meet up there but if welly & Ash want to do there own thing I'd say we go Newtown, Crossgates, Builth, Brecon, Aber.

ye sounds good any of them will do for me but if we can meet up with a few on the way down it all adds to a good weekend

sorry guys i'm gonna have to drop out of this one, just realised im goin to a family do so hopefully catch you on the next one.
Have a blast and ride safe chaps and oh yeah, have a beer or three for me !!

I'll have a look at the map later on Mick, but will probably meet up at yours (maybe) or if not en-route somewhere.
Otherwise it's all motorway from mine.

I'm not sure roly (stix's mate) will want to share with a snorer. Had enough of stix last year apparently.

Waiting on your thoughts Ash depends on your planned route. we could meet up near Bridgnorth & there's a couple of routes to take. Twisties or direct A roads. I know which I'd prefer.

Would have been up for this were it not 156 miles for me to travel... on an unfaired bike.... and that bloody seat....I will wait for the next meet up. Have fun people!

Yes always room for someone new. I'm sure its a hard ride down from London. Mind you I bought mine from On Yer Bike in Aylesbury. Rode down there and back in a day and wasn't so bad. Bare in mind theres an overnight stop in Abergavenny but I guess after a ride around the Welsh roads its still 156 miles back.

Bridgenorth Mick, just looked at the map and it will be a ******* trip and a half to go via yours.
The easiest route for me is mine to Worcester, Malvern, Hereford, Abergavenny. Or I can do the motorway.
Bear in mind it's well over 120 miles before I get to Aber, so I'm gonna be fooked before we go out whichever way I go,
have a look on the map and decide which way your going to travel and I will meet you at some point.

Cheers Bay!

Funny that, I bought my bike in Port Talbot and that was a round trip as well. I swore never to do it again after a severe strain of numb arse syndrome.

Just had an enjoyable read of all the posts, ****, its like summat out of the Archers. dum de dum de dum de dum...................
Count me in for the meet, but I'll know nearer the time if its deffo. There's always something or someone who spoils
the party.

backtracking a few posts...... I'd prefer a longish ride on the Saturday afternoon, plenty of booze on the night, and a gentle ride home on Sunday morning. Then again I'm only 40 mins from Aber so appreciate those coming from further afield may have different ideas.
