Apart from the rain very enjoyable day's riding :thumbup
A couple of pics:
What a view. Brief stop before we met tricky zippy & ******.
Then we got absolutely soaked & took refuge in a teeny pub. This was after the rain had stopped getting back to our sorry looking bikes.
Luckily they all started

After the rain stopped we left pub & split. Me Roly & bay heading to Aber. No rain, rain, no rain etc. all the way to Aber then it was peachy for me and Roly back to Bridgend.

The good news is ... what an excellent day!
Good to meet a few more guys and put faces to avatars.
The bad news is my spunking camera didn't work ... nothing. **** all.:banghead
I know why ... there was a loose connection in the battery housing which I've fixed but thats nfg now is it!
I especially wanted footage of Marks near death experience when he danced with the black Hyundai Coupe round a blind bend. I thought I had it all. The commit, synchronised acceleration, synchronised braking, the wobble and the wave.
Gutted.
******* annoyed and gutted
I have to say that the road from Crossgates to Newtown is a bloody stunner ...
Also the ride over the top of the mountain, the stunning view, the pretty sheeps ... everything I could have wished of a ride in Welsh Wales and more besides.

I love my stripey t shirt. Truth is I wore it with the family yesterday down the zoo and couldn't be bothered getting another t shirt dirty to go on the bike. I wasn't aware it was going to be a fashion show today otherwise I'd have worn my suit .
Yes good ride out today. Good to see some new faces very briefly cos they were quite quick. As for the White suit RICO it was ******. Quite appropriate really with the site name. Looks good on the bike though.
Ps pleasure organising it pete. Stix (Ian) was a bit worried about leading the pack today if I didn't turn up cos every time I've shown him the way before always tend to go a different way. Just some variety and different roads.

Lol I'll be honest it ain't the most flattering photo. Was leaning back against Summat which makes me gut poke out. Not saying I'm not a largish lad but not that weird a shape.
