I've got my fingers crossed it'll be lovely with no rain. Really looking forward to getting out on it for a long run. If tricky meets us at crossgates we can follow him to his pub for lunch and then crack on afterwards
Crack on home afterwards hopefully - have you seen how far up he is! From there back to mine is 130 miles & 3 h 25m according to gmaps. It's only 90 back to Aber & 2h 23m.
Well guys I know I posted on newellys post I might not be able to make it because of gout but looks likes it's subsiding and I'll be able to make it. Will keep u updated but flaming eck it's the worse case I've ever had. If it happens again it's the doctors for me.
That made me have a little chuckle 180. There's always an ambulance parked at crossgates when we go out .
Tell you what daveb I pretty much thought i was bomb proof with my health but this gout I've the last few years which raises it's ugly head every now and again seems to be getting worse which is worrying. Started to read up on it now and need to do something about it if I can't control it with diet
Well two years ago I was doing 2 hrs of five-a-side with my students, 1 hr of weights and then 1.5 hrs of karate - and that was just Wednesday's. Now I'm not allowed to do anything and am waiting until my hip is worse to have a ******* replacement. At 42. Now that's ******* frustrating
NOO. Abergavenny not Aberystwyth! From there north to Builth & crossgates, Newtown and then llansantfraid where trickys pub is for some grub. Up to peeps then where they go from there. For us heading back south it'll be Leominster Hereford Aber & home.
