I'm watching this thread with interest! I'd love to join ya (seeing as I've put my euro tour on hold :( ). I often do a run round this area that takes me right past the gaff ur all at, then onto abber. Then A44 out of there, to Rhayader and up the A483 to Newtown (I lurve that road!).

Only trouble is on Sat morning I'll be waking up in Snetterton. And I don't know what state me or the bike or the tyres will be in!

OK if I chuck myself in as a maybe for the ride on the Sunday ??

& this is what I just bought.

It was something I considered when laying the bike Patio, Dimensions would accomodate something a little larger than the current 12" x 8" I did manage three last winter but little room to manouvre & certainly any maintenance was not possible. the chains on the two bikes I part exxed were horrendously rusty when I dropped them off. The dealer did raise his eyebrows a little.

Right lads to celebrate buying my new bike and of course you lot coming up to north Wales bike fest it's happy hour at the bar from the time you arrive until you go to bed. £1 for any pint or spirits you want. Don't say I'm not generous. Bay as you arranged the last FUD fest you can drink for free all night.

Well said that man I say ;)

I'm at the back on Sunday, nurse maiding all the hungover peeps :thumbup

When I first started boozing it was 90p a pint of Kronenbourg :thumbup

Its Twenty three and a half pence Stix !
The first gallon of two star petrol I bought was three shillings and fourpence!

**** that makes me some kind of old git.

Right, Tricky, how is the new toy?

Bay, I wouldn't mind betting that the ride back today was better than the ride over, are you pleased with the
Griffs work, mine was a completely different bike when he sorted mine out.
Can't praise the man enough.

Needs 6000mile service so trip to Griff iminent although I am now 100% totally skint. Has come with OE cans but probably on wrong maps struggled to get over 125 on the way back home & did try a little though not too hard as I could tell it was getting a bit lumpy, Tank has been taken off for respray & refitted without filler cap neck seal so pissing petrol over groin when I filled her up. Other than that reasonably tidy. Have removed tail unit which fits T a treat so she's now looking real good with the carbon bits that came this week & seat cover that just needs stapling down into position.

Intend using for rest of the summer & Autumn will then strip outb the Ohlins shockers & get them fitted to the T & then break the Mille up for spares.

We should have quite a good crew now, not quite sure on who to expect on the day, ****** I know of not quite sure what Nob's up too. May have a couple of my Non T locals & some from the area in general. Could be as may as a dozen.
