:thumbup Went out for a ride yesterday.........sort of. Got to the petrol station filled up with superunleaded at £1.40 per litre ( ouch) just as the rozzers turned up. Fook methings........small plate loud(ish) pipe and dark visor but no! Theywhere there warning all the bikers of Black Ice so I went to MacDonalds instead. :thumbup

I thought these guys saved you from having a nasty accident on black ice or are you annoyed about the calorie intake you had in McDonalds

That was my weak attempt at HUMOUR. I was indeed very grateful that they had bothered to take the time and effort to stop and tell us. I kne both of them. One was head of Traffic - North Devonand the other was my mate Paul White Bike copper of this parish- who I took the Piss out of for wearing leather trousers whilst driving a Police Vulva.

The title was VERY tongue in cheek as any one who knows me knows I work very close with these guys and have a lot of respect for both then and the work they do.

The Maccydee breakfasts are ***** though.

A good mate of mine's in the police force using both bikes and cars during the course of his work.

They're not all anti bike and I think most on this forum would know where you were coming from with the tongue in cheek comment.

Saw about the Ice and the accidents Stu.

Shame the Police closed the road but then opened it again still icy and then red faced had to close it again when there were 2 more smashes.

Thought was there i guess.

I have 2 mates who are Police in Bristol and they call me and me them much worse than Filth. Judging by the porn one of them sends me daily when on duty then filth might be an apt name for said Policeman.
