Southern ride out

Right gents, having had a chat with rsvr47 about this, and Gasboy, who here from the south is up for a rideout either Sunday 7th September or Sunday 14th September?

I was thinking that if we were to meet up at Rownhams services and then head off along the A272 and eventually make our way down to the coast, say Brighton/Eastbourne or Hastings. Which would mean that any of you Kent/London based gentlemen could meet us mid way across as well. Be good to put faces to names :thumbup

The dates could be changed to a Saturday if it suits more people, and for those further to the West, anyone got any ideas for a ride out? West Bay as a start point and then off into Somerset? Down the coast to Devon?

See whether we can't get something organised :thumbup

Looks like you'll have some good weather for your ride..I'm off to the East coast to pick up my speedo sensor and rummage around at what other bits this guy has..

Hi Ark, I was thinking more Winchester ish way to hop onto the A272 and head across. Then anyone coming down from Surrey/London can meet us along the way as the 272 crosses the A3 and the likes and is a plenty fun road :thumbup

Would love to but been away on business in Scotland all last week and possibly away again this week in northern England.

Need to spend some time with family and only managed a quick 2 hours out on the bike Saturday evening.

Will keep watching the thread though, just in case I am able to meet up. As you say it would be good to put faces to names.
