Evening all......... :biggrin

Good to meet all of you today gents, twas a good day even with the Sussex constabulary playing spoilsports. Fish, did you stop him and ask if he'd seen a headlight cover? :devious Laughing is the best remedy squire, can't change whats been done :laugh

As a warning to all, should you happen to see a black blade with a white/silver number board on the front come speeding up and tag on behind you, do not be tempted to show said "local man" the inspiring view of a wheelying RSVR at ahem, "such and such a speed" and then proceed to throw you headlight cover at him whilst up there, it results in meeting a very nice man like this one below at the next village......

he shall have the powers set out in subsection (3).
(2) A constable in uniform shall also have the powers set out in subsection (3) where he has reasonable grounds for believing that a motor vehicle has been used on any occasion in a manner falling within subsection (1).

(b) it appears to him that the use has continued or been repeated after the the warning.
(5) Subsection (4) does not require a warning to be given by a constable on any occasion on which he would otherwise have the power to seize a motor vehicle under this section if—
(a) the circumstances make it impracticable for him to give the warning;
(b) the constable has already on that occasion given a warning under that subsection in respect of any use of that motor vehicle or of another motor vehicle by that person or any other person;
(c) the constable has reasonable grounds for believing that such a warning has been given on that occasion otherwise than by him; or
(d) the constable has reasonable grounds for believing that the person whose use of that motor vehicle on that occasion would justify the seizure is a person to whom a warning under that subsection has been given (whether or not by that constable or in respect the same vehicle or the same or a similar use) on a previous occasion in the previous twelve months.
(6) A person who fails to comply with an order under subsection (3)(a) is guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.

Wave down the cars next time and ask for a conscensus of opinion. Power for the people by the people :nana

"Vehicles used in manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance"

Obviously anything towing a caravan should get one of these irrespective of what they're doing then :rant

Sounds like it was a good day minus the Fuzz sticking their oar in though:roll

Listen fella,until you have been out with super t,you'll know how slow he is.Plus you being the newbie on our first ride out,thought we would take it easy with ya,because you was'nt that fast anyway,& also 3rd gear was about as fast as we could before we lost you.As for silver being the fastest,you would never keep up with me,as for one handed wheelies & knee down on roundabouts,thats the norm when you come out with us,so listen fella,KEEP UP or KEEP OUT got it...:nana:nana
p.s.(apart from that,it was nice to meet you fella..:thumbup)
