i can make you a set no probs..:devious

and yes to the other question...not sawn but turned down on a lathe and drilled stainless bolts but not everybody has the facilities or inclination:dunno

something i've been meaning to make for ages along with the modified collectors...finally getting my arse in gear.

you wait till i make the retaining cables that hold the pins when you pull them out they will be even cooler then:thumbup

I made seat and tank pins for my bike yesterday, no retaining cables though.
Had to use a shifter to bend the tank pins foreward a bit though cos they didnt line up with the holes in my placcy tank when lowering it.
Chamfered the top aswell.
Still using the metal inserts in the rubber bits on the tank but with a bit cut off the bottom to make room for the locking nut.

I had that thought ages ago! but you have actually finished it, I never thought about the tank though, nice finish when they are turned, I suppose if I get some bolts and put then in a drill and put a hacksaw blade on them I could get a nice finish but it would have to be a shouldered bolt to start with.

Good job

When I put my tank back down I have to lever it towards the rear of the bike to get it past the top yoke so don't think I could fit the quick release tank.. can it be adjusted at the rear?
