Ignition Code

Hi

Has anyone done anything with the ignition code, on the capo 1200. Dealer told me not to worry about it, but the "code" message on dash flashes all the time.
Are you meant to set the code, as a one off or every time you start the bike?, it is not clear from the manual what its used for.

Any thoughts?

Hi mate. I picked my bike up new on Saturday and had exactly the same issue. Rang Wheels Motorcycles and they told me that you have to enter your own code and it would go off.
It worked for me. Page 59 has the code you need to get into the menus and then you have to enter a new 5 digit code. Once done the very annoying Code thing doesn't flash.
Just hope you can figure out how to set the clock!!!.....took me ages.

Hi,

Nice one, I shall give it a go....know what you mean about the clock, the manual says press buttons A & B, think I ended up doing it by holding the mode switch in.
