I have incorrectly purchased two HID conversion kits for my late 2007 RSV, the manual said H7, the bike said H11.
They are the slim ballast units, H7 lamp fitting, 6000K intensity (polar white and as near to day light as possible)
They came from e-bay as recommended by some of the lads in rsvzone, and apart from the instructions being written in pigeon chinese / english and making no sense, they are simple enough to work out.
They cost me 75 quid for the pair including postage, i will sell them for 30 quid each plus postage costs, although they are light and this should be cheap.
might fit tuono as well?

Anyone interested???

Baz, I think Flick was looking at some HID's recently, may be worth sending him a PM!!

I know he has a Tuono project on the go too.

I am not sure, I believe they would. I think they changed in 2004, not sure when they changed again to H11's though. If you look at the back of the plug on the existing lamp you will see it written on, either H4, or H7.
With regard to mine, Flick has come in before you and looks pretty set on them.

If you look on AMB67's posts on the general forum, he has a link to the guy in Hong Kong where we both got them from, and will still only cost £80 for two or there abouts. Took a few days, and makes you think whether you can trust a guy so far away but he seems sound. I e-mailed him to send two in the same box and i think he knocked a couple of quid off the postage. Replied real quick too.
