you`d be suprised, most of us "powerangers" have toured on sportsbikes, Me an a friend went right down to monico through all the mountain twisties. over 4000mile trip. And no big bouncey GS would have kept up. If you think otherwise, tag along next time ;)

The original F650 single-engine was manufactured for BMW by Austrian company Rotax while the bike was assembled by Aprilia.

Well what do you expect from a V strom site? And a lot of the adventure boys don't like Bm's ,each to there own.
My bike is 2 years old has done 26,000 miles and no broken bits yet.
I'll put about 15,000 more on that over the next year.
None of my Aprilias had any problems with a total mileage of over 30,000 on them (second bikes) including 2 trips to Lake Garda .

You really gotta work on getting your horizons straight! Some truly amazing scenes there tainted with a pissed horizon!
 
Believe it or not, those sunset and microlight pics are straight! I even had to use PhotoShop to straighten them out a bit. I'll try and get some pics of the same landscape in proper sunlight and use a wider lens and you'll see what I mean. The other pics of the tour were taken years ago before I knew how to straighten them up. Weird thing is that when I get it on the piss it allways seems to be by the same amount and in the same direction. Maybe I have one leg/arm shorter than the other.
