Got soaked in a thunder storm ... now T won't start

Second **** alert .....
When i was 17 i had a GP 100 , had to have at least 500 hp !
Went to leave work and a couple of mates were stood chatting in the car park ....
being a **** i fired up the big Suzuki and thought i would give it a big handful towards the security barrier ....
lent over slighty to go round said barrier ( small gap to let pedestrians through )
next thing im in the air thinking ...... **** !
turns out my side stand was still down and i passed the security guard at about 20 mph on my *** followed by my bike going under said barrier....

**** !

A trip down memory lane guys, tears of laughter, but despair when we are stuck at the side of the road. A t rider who can admit his or her mistake will learn from it,

Another quick one, not exactly my fault but never the less, happened years and years ago, pulled up outside Vale onslows in B'ham to collect a part for a mate, I was on a borrowed CB900 Honda, put the side stand down and leaned over to get off only to find (to the huge amusement of the crowd stood round outside the shop) that there was a drain at the point of no return and I was then trapped under the bike, fortunately help was at hand. Had to explain away the damage to my mates bike.

Whit der yer mean ash "not my fault" whit did them council workers slip a drain under yer while yer wernae lookin.

Tellt'ys we're all fuds.

I once fell off my Superdream when I forgot to undo the steering lock, U turned in the road & down like a sack of spuds.. For all you young un's steering locks were found on the headstock & used a separate key back in the day... What a muppet am I.

A friend pushed his honda out for a clean one Saturday morning. After cleaning he got his kit on for a quick spin, but found it wouldn't start. Cursing he went through the normal fault checking still no spark. He then started getting nasty off came the fairing, plugs out to see if there was a spark, carbs checked fuel pipes off, still no spark,6 hours later cursing like a docker put the bike back together, he opened the garage took the bike off its stand took hold the bars and pushed "click".He stopped ashed faced he looked down at the bike looked around turned the key on, pressed the start button and she started first time. He quickly put the bike away and a *** and calmed down. Now any normal bloke would have kept it to himself but no he he told me and now I have shared it with you ****!!!

That can't have been your fault, I did the same once with my Superdream, so it must have been an inherent fault with the bikes ;-)

awright...ahv held off but reckon ah hae tae fess up as weel...ye cannae bike fur ower 30 years wi oot daein sumfin stupid....

As a loon ah had a RD250 and hud tae get it intae the gairden tae park up at nights. As the kerb wiz too high at mah hoose ah hud tae drive along the pavement a bit frae further up the road at a point where the kerb wiz much lower. The hoose gate wiz well narrow an access so ye had tae swing right oot tae the kerb tae hae enough room tae swing the bike in.

Well this time ah slightly lost ma balance, went tae dab a foot doon, wi oot thinkin, oan the road side o the kerb and there wiz nae groond there....

......so ower we go flat oan mah side wi the RD lyin oan top o me, elbow awe skint thru ma denim jaiket....

....if that wiznae bad enough...

...petrol started tae leak oot the tank ower ma Wranglers so ah wiz shitin masel that the Regal in ma gob wid set me ablaze......so wriggle oot oan mah hands and knees an get run ower mah fingers by some wee manky wide-o bairn oan a pushbike who wiz gawpin at the erse lyin oan the groond an nae payin attention, then whos says "are ye awright mister" wi a sniggerin coupon..

...an it gets worse...

... the ice cream van wiz parked one door doon wi a queue o awe the neighbours an bairns buyin thir usual Scottish efter tea supper o ****, Irn Bru and double nougat wafers

Red neck jist disnae describe it.........

A run up North would be fun ... but G man these are proper Tceuchters ... it would be like a scene from Deliverance but with bag pipes instead of banjos.

"Aye min, nice mooth ... gonna geez a wee gobble but?"
