Got soaked in a thunder storm ... now T won't start

Bleeding obvious and I'm sure you've tried it but I had the same symptoms once when stopped at box hill. After frantic searching turned out I'd hit the kill button without noticing it. It has two positions - Check its not pushed in!

Dont tell me , the kill switch was wearing cammo gear and you couldnt see it.

I will not lower myself to take the mick given the easily made and genuine mistake on this occassion, could happen to any of us. Some may post questions even though they have not checked this hidden switch.
This clears up the L and R markings on your boots and the H on the helmet presumably for head.
Any moderators out there can the evil twin status be down graded to fud twin on this occassion?

At least the bloody thing is not broken and you only missed the best weather so far this year due to this easily made mistake(well by a complete ***** anyway).

And remember everyone next time you see newelly on a ride out, press the kill switch at any given stop just for the fun of him calling the AA !!

I spent two hours trying to start my misses bike two weeks ago, same thing so I can only sympathise. (yamaha)
Might be time to don the cammo gear so we won't know where you are. Any face to face may incur some ribbing tho'

We all **** up sometimes, best thing to do is to own up and take the abuse like a man (as I did and you did) and rest easy in the knowledge it's only something you will do once (at least I bloody hope so).

Newelly some things are easily overlooked. For example it's taken me this long to notice this thread has been replied to and I'm one of the last people to reply. I have to hang my head in shame now for missin such an opportunity. I've also got a confession to make and it grinds me to have to admit it but it was my little ones 3rd birthday yesterday and I took him to buy his 1st push bike. Anyway they had lovely red one down the local bike shop but alas it seems my 3 yr old is too tall for this one and has to have a bigger one. Anyway the guy in the shop said "what's your favourite colour". My little ones answer as gilo can verify when I took him down to see the motorbikes on Sunday "green". He even said his favourite motorbike was one of gilos mates green triumph. Anyway the guy goes away and comes back with this box opened it up and low and behold there's a bloody green URBAN CAMMO bike under the cardboard and my little one loved it. Anyway cut a long story short I'll let you off on this occasion due to the shock of my little ones 1st bike.

been there done that. a reckon most people will have. sat and watched me brother thumb his horn instead of starter 1 day not just once 3 or4 times (just about pissed meself). done it meself since, felt like a *** at the time but you have to laugh.
