As far as I'm aware, the mounting points are all the same so in theory - Yeah.
Headlamp unit on 2001-2003 models was smaller and slightly different in design compared to 1999-2000 models.
Other than that, the fairings, sidepanels, seat units, belly pan etc should all fit.
Hell, there are even guys over on the AF1 forums who have fitted full sets of fairing plastics from a 2004 onwards bike to the earlier models!!. Aparently the tail units slide pretty much straight on and the rest only needs a bit of persuading. :thumbup
