We aren't that desperate. Spent a fortune on this place. Everywhere in our 13 yrs here. Last time we tried to sell it sold easily. Before we had finished doing each room. But fell through both times due to chain ****.

Hardly panicking after 1st viewing. For quick sale would have took £155 but come on.

Like you said early days. Some weird offers coming in at mo though. Your agent is legally obliged to put any offer through to you but they can guide people putting in offers.

All depends on the agent. We don't work like that but I'll agree it is how we make money. Loads of people where we work want to put their houses on for more than we value them for and then wonder why they don't sell

One of my associates in Southern Ireland has a house which a few years ago was worth about 500k

He's just been offered 195k for it

He hasn't sold ... but has bought another similar property for 215k ,,,, to rent out

He says Chinese and Eastern Eurobenefit peeps are buying up property left right and centre to rent

I'm on hols from 8th to 25th in sunny (****** better be) Cyprus

Massive pressure on at work at the mo ... having to move peeps, lose peeps and justify my existance

For the 1st time in 4 years I will NOT be working on hols

2years ago we went to the same place and I was sucked into work for say 2 - 4hrs a day ... usually in the evening

I can still remember youngest daughter "Lucie Tippage" emploring me to join in a board game and saying "you promised only an hour a day work" ...

This year ... **** work.

My girls (13 & 16) will be gone from the nest soon and I'll wonder wtf happened

If I lose my job ... ... I'll paint my dial brown, pretend not to speak English and live for free

Grouip question answer have booked out all rooms to T Mobsters so will put stix in sound clad gimp room.
Got a bit way laid with the day after Newelly visited so didn't get round to fitting rear sets this evening. Suprising how simple some things look yet actually doing it aint so straight forward. Anyway got there eventually but no back brake. Looks like the bleeding process isn't quite so straight forward as the traditional pump & bleed method. radiator covers arrived so will have another go at bleeding tomorrow & fitting the guards, so anyway just going to clear up my tools then time for a snifter me thinks.

Nice seeing you earlier Newelly as you can gather never made it to Bridgnorth & the dog still needs walking.

Didn't think I snored much at all but apparently Roly was kicking the bed trying to shut me up. Also I smoked a *** - first time in fooking years, I must have been well well gone. Didn't feel v good next day riding (that's a mahoosive understatement).......

Just witnessed this afternoon one of my kittens curling one down in the garden for the first time in one of the chickens dust baths. Growing up so fast now, won't be long before they're shitting in on the neighbours lawns. My neighbours love me especially when the chickens escape & go on the rampage in their flower beds.
