Aprilia rsv 2002 1000 battery draining when riding

So I just got the bike everything seemed well first two days theny bike just wouldn't start. Find out the colts are just dropping the whole time I ride. I was wondering if it would be my regulator or my stator? I found a couple wires with a plug near the stator and was wondering what it was. The 3 wires colors were brown green and black and was wondering what that goes to

If you need them, I have got a reg/rec and a good stator. Both in perfect working order.
