Hi folks,

Been away since the site crashed. Sold my Mille ( 48k later ) sold my Edwards, my 06 T and my 05 Gixer thou.... F**king Females eh. Bollllox I now want another tool, but I want 150bhp Gen1.

I was about to buy a 1200 Multistrada, but I figured spending the same on a 04 Factory would result in good BHP and a nice noise eh...

So any one on here pushing 150bhp..? And how? Who? Next step etc...

Flick the V. Stick your IL4

Welcome back :bigfinger

2006-> Heads(The one with biggest valves).
Old Ecu(Or Motec Ecu) Advance ignition around +~10 degress.
Pc3/5 with map for front and rear cylinder.
Evo6 Exhaust or newest Smaltmoto 60mm.
57TB borred to 60TB
1060cc from af1 racing or 1127cc with steal barrel (http://www.spoonvalleyracing.se/page17.html)
Sloted cams(106/109)

That will give you 150Bhp+

Gen1 or Gen2.. it beter to build Gen1 becuse of beter ecu, but you need to machine never front head to make valve cap fitt.

I Building my second bigbore Gen1 this winter.

Cost wise - I was going to buy a Multistrada ( £14k ) Looking at Tuono's I could get a minter for £5k, leaving a good sum for bollock enlargement process.

Although I still need to factor in a sticky pair of grips...

I love the looks.... but... I wil change the front of a Gen 1 Tuono, those clocks are crap. I know the Gen 2 has ECu within clocks, but GEN 1... ?? I do not think so. And has anyone replaced theirs with Stacks? or others..??

I can supply you with an 1103 kit inc barrels with steel liners for £1350 exchange, the kit uses pistal pistons and rings. As for the clocks I have fitted a Translogic dash to my gen1, again I can supply this at a very good price.

+1 on that one i dont think you can go any beter price/hp wise than that kit Tash offer.

are you serious?
It would appear so! lol.
You could just get an 1198 if power is the thing...
Plenty less than 14k for one now and 170bhp at crank standard....
Job done

Err... Ok, I will be doing alot of miles, my old Mille had 50k plus on her. Tuono just ain't big enough, pillion seat luggage etc. Unless someone tells me otherwise...???

Plus a tuned up twin, gives me wood.

and you think that a 04 factory is bigger than a tuono? they are exact the same bikes in fact

I mean the V4 Tuono, not the 04 onwards T. That gold frame is to much work to rectify.

Yep. so serious I have diferent eyebrow sets, depending on the situation and appropriate level of seriousness :bored
