Another question from me, to you lovely folk! Just wondering that if you turn a fork leg around can you hear the air/oil moving inside if the oil is at the right level? No obvious leaks or anything on them. Dunno what the oil level is as i'm not gonna attempt to take 'em apart by myself.

Long shot - but does anyone know off hand? My caps are knackered from some previous abuse. I've got some nice shiny new ones to fit but need to know the size of the nut to split the cap assembly.

Noticed my front left fork bottom was cracked due to the previous numpty overtightening the clamp bolts. Just cost me over £300 quid to get the fork bottom changed and new seals and oil in both by Kais Suspension, Atherton. 12 Nm's is the correct torque.
