Hey all, not been here for a while.

I'm going to fit some of those Bridgeport 90° tyre valve stems next time I change tyres as its a pain checking or topping up air on the front especially. Currently use one of those right angle adapters.

The factory OZ wheels use 8.3mm stems, but I've been trying to find out if my 2007 R model cast wheels use the same size? Searching here and google etc gives no answers.

Anyone know? Would like to order them in good time before the rear tyre needs done.

Cheers.

hi , haggis . I have 2 sets of wheels , cast and OZ . both use the same bridport angled valve stems.
tip !!! on assembly put a thin smear of silicon grease around the rubber sealing washer both sides to unsure a good seal !!

they do make life a lot easier and are well worth the effort .

I read that some Factory model wheels did get them as standard, but don't know why us peasant R owners didn't, we got straight stainless ones. Not exactly an expensive item, Mr Aprilia, tut tut. :no

Cool, thanks for clearing that up hilift. 8.3mm set on order now. :thumbup
