They were very accomodating when i went in today.
The dents lined up with their machine wheel clamps perfectly so there was no arguement. They didn't try and dodge it at all and put their hands up.

As it happened their area manager was there and he authorised a new wheel there and then. Should be ready for my on my return from biking in Spain.

Problem was cause by them having the air pressure too high on their wheel machine.

Happy with that. Name them now then as they have proved themselves to be an honest company. Ok they f****d up but at least they helf their hands up. Shame more companies aren't like that. I bet the bloke that done it got a pineappling after you left.:eek:

Now that they have done the decent thing they should be supported by all the local bikers.

Not many businesses that will do this in these times.

Hats off to them for taking control of the matter and bringing it to the correct resolution. :thumbup
