i can understand that...good price for the bits..:thumbup...

i dont really want to get into tearing the engine down so sticking with bolt on bits..exhaust,airbox etc

i've got some 57's sitting here waiting to go on:devious

I know you werent sure about fitting them, but seriously it took me only an hour, and that was going slow and carefull, piece of cake to do it yourself bud :thumbup
 
so what BHP and torque figures are you expecting with this, (what pwr do you have at the mo with which mods?)

ha ha ..power?..no idea..

fitted the hooked box....it wanted to come up in second without trying:devious = more power:devious:doug:doug:doug

fitted the full race renegade twin system...wanted to come up in first without trying = more power :devious:devious:doug:doug:doug

fitted 16 tooth sprocket...jesus..made it very lively...need to push your weight forward to stop it coming up when gunning it now...got a 43 rearr to fit as soon as i can afford a new chain

got a DRRossi chip to sort it out initially then i'll only get it dynoed when i need a custom map for a pc3 and not before..:pirate

yeah i will do..dont think i've ever paid anyone to work on my bikes...(split a gsxr1100 engine and replaced all the gearbox bearings on my last bike so not a complete muppet...and yes it did work ok afterwards:thumbup)

got the 57's

need to sort the airbox and velocity stacks...and the convertor leads

probably go for tuono stacks as more interested in mid range than out and out top end...still need to track down a PC3
 
lol, mines always headbutting me too!.
all that should get you 5 bhp more and a few more Ft-lbs torque.
Get the 57mm TB's mate, they made a big diff to mine.
