Not sure how u doing it tricky. Copy the 2nd link from photobucket - direct link I think they call it. Click the insert image button when posting, paste the code you have copied & click ok.

I think u are copying the wrong code and wrapping the image tags twice. Therefore when u delete one set of tags it's perfect?

Well I was paid £400 for one days training yesterday. So if you let me stay in your pub for free with free beer & food for the July and august rides I'll train you for nothing as long as you want?..........;)

I saw it attempted many times tricky. Being a winger no 2nd row ever side stepped me but as I was joking anyway.......:thumbup

Dorso

:yes
HI TRICKY DO YOU STILL HAVE THE DORSO?
I HAVE ONE WHICH I AM PART EXING FOR A "T" NEXT WEEK
HOW DO THEY COMPARE?
:yes

I part exxed the Dorso for the T. It was a really great bike for up to about an hour & a half b4 starting to get uncomfortable arse so not much good for a long haul, also on open roads side wind could cause a bit of hassle. plenty of power, very flickable & good for twisty A & B Roads. topped at about 118mph with me on it. very good for an hours blast.

Bearing in mind that I am a fat coont about 18stone Plus and nearly 6'3"
T has much more power acceleration & easily capable of cruising at over a ton. I went to Assen at beginning of June with a load of boys who wanted to cruise at about 85 I barely got out of fourth gear. Riding position is much more sports bike like ie bent knees but not uncomfortable. Can manage a 3-4hr stint without any problem. Dorso being more upright tended to throw the bike around much more as opposed to taking a racing line. reckon I was probably quicker on a twisty tight B road on the Dorso as changing saddle position is quicker. again I am well over 6ft.
Don't really know what else you'd like me to comment on. I did consider a 1200 Dorso but wasn't prepared to fork out the cash theyr'e asking. reviews havent been that brilliant either if it had been a mental suoermoto I may have considered but reports seem to indicate they're going for more of a touring style bike.
I bought a second hand T to live with for a while & ran it alongside the D whilst pontificating whether to buy a new one which I obviously did & have no regrets at all.
You may see from one of my threads that I went through a series of sports bikes ending up with a gixxer which was nothing short of a guided missile on wheels. I then spent a year trying to find something that fitted the bill of what I wanted. KTM LC4, Fireblade 929, Dorsoduro. I now live with the T & fireblade which gets very little use.

dorso

THANKS TRICKY
I TO LIKE THE DORSO FOR SHORT TRIPS, ONLY USED TO GET ABOUT 80 MPG OUT OF IT
BUT I CANT AFFORD BOTH I HAVE A YAM TTR600 ENDURO YAM FJ1200 AND TRIUMPH T160V, TTR AND DORSO ON THE ROAD ATM.
I RECENTLY DID A ROUND TRIP OF ABOUT 160 MILES AND I WAS VERY SORE:bawling
AND DECIDED TO UPGRADE AFTER SEEING A T IN MY LOCAL APRILIA DEALER
HE OFFERD ME A GOOD DEAL SO IM PICKING IT UP A WEEK MONDAY
CANT WAIT! :yes :yes :yes

I ran out of fuel twice on mine once between Bala & Trawsfynydd & once coming home from Bala one Sunday morning. no stations open treated with kid gloves & ran out about 400yds from home. learnt my lesson well. T reserve light comes on after about 90 miles thrash though made it to 125miles on way to Assen. havent run out on this one yet. Acceleration is arm wrenching you won't be disapointed. Is it at A&D's I may have seen your previous post. look forward to meeting up hopefully before the summer ends.
