+1 check your tyre pressures throughout the day, if it's your first try at track days start in the starter (slower) group. Ease yourself into track riding, don't try too fast too early , there are usually experienced guys in the slow group who can show you the lines (there always seem to be hyper fast guys in the slow learner group who get their rocks off by overtaking everyone ! Avoid these cants! Just look ahead and ride your laps)
Track days are wonderful, you will not believe how great the track surface is compared to normal roads ! Make sure your bike is in tip top condition, plenty of life in the tyres and brakes. Be aware that your bike might break if you thrash it to much.
