Hi Dexter, me too for the 2nd one and again like the round one .. Decisions / Decisions ...:dunno Any news from the Griffster?

Spoke on the phone with Griff today, gents, and he is already aware of this thread.
The only reason he has not replied yet is that he is totally touched and humbled by all this, and simply can`t believe that people have been kind enough to put the money and effort in.
I found him to be a top, top bloke, who is quite embarrassed as to why anyone would do this for him (obviously has no idea of his worth to the forum, hasn`t Griff........)
Anyway, I asked him to keep monitoring the thread, which he will, and he may well post at some point, but in the meantime, as regards the sticker-design, he has requested that we just do a poll, or something, as he wants the lads on the forum to decide on the design, as we are the ones that have put all the money in, etc.........so that`s the situation at the moment.........cheers. :thumbup

Thats good news then, at least he is not unhappy about it, phewww!!! So we need to sort the final few designs, then maybe 3 shortlisted or something? Then have a poll from every paying voter.. Oh, and still need the final £20 quid...

Cheers AMB, £15.00 to go... Yes, i was thinking that every one who is paying has a vote on their preference.. Not sure what the prospect of having 3 designs run off is, but could be a good idea and then you get to pick the style you prefer when you've been Griffed..

Just a small point, the circular one has the telephone number slightly wrong. I have two favourites, ready to vote!!!!
Also, as an aside, can I suggest some website addys? These are very cheap to do and can be put anywhere as you can see in the pics. I had a couple made up by a friend who has a basic vinyl kit he uses to decorate his race bikes.
Visor strips can be made by using coloured electric tape and putting the vinyl over the top like so

I would go for the visor ones. love them but would have the font smaller and no background

Once we have the shortlist I can issue a PM to all those contributing for the final votes, confidential of course, can then do the old X Factor 'And the Winner Is - Big Pause' well you get the idea..
I would like to start to collect the money as soon as we can and would just like to check what preference people would prefer.. I have Paypal (do incur around 10% fee per transaction so the £210 would probably end up at £190 ish? if everyone paid by Paypal) Postal Orders / Cheque Etc would also be fine..Please advise what methods would be best or any other payment collection idea and i will PM the details to everyone.

Hi Griff, Glad you were ok with the idea, just seemed like a good idea at the time with a few of the chaps, acorns and all that.. You have some good appreciation on here of your great work and I look forward to seeing the stickers on bikes all over the UK and a photoshoot of you receiving them. Wicked......:doug
