snaggle I applaud your patience mucker :clap if it was me the petrol from the drained fuel tank would have been used for other purposes by now :mad good luck mate :yes

well spoke to my 2 local dealers today about the fuel pump and they say my bike is not in the recall . and the part only available from italy is £50 for 1 inch of hose and 4 clips . sooo it can be done without kit and replace all the hose but it would seem most hose is not fuel proof inside and out and because the pump is in the fuel it needs special hose . And normal clips dont work as they damage the hose so need special ones of them which are hard to get .. And all this and im not even sure its the pump heheh
Hmm,...the hose is only that double skinned stuff,....is'nt it?You can get that online,...ebay,...or your local car diy shop.
The hose clips? The originals are those clic clips, same as the coolant pipes. But you can use mini hose clamps as long as they are the raised edge type.(so they dont cut into the hose)Again, they are available online,or the local car shop.
Some dont recommend using screwed clamps as they could potentially come loose, but I've used them when changing fuel filters and never had a problem.

10 out of 10 for effort fella.

What in the end was the cause of your woes?

ECU's, fuel lines, coil packs or connectors?

fuel system was full of water . ecu was main fault but after fitting ecu i still had issues. popped the main fuel inlet and run it into a big jar and its was all white . kept priming it till it ran clear then popped it back on and started first start .

Have now done the fuel cap fix so it seals properly and modded the drain hole .

Excellent news fella.

Water they don't like it very much do they?
Now........if Aprilia thought to bring out a steam version...:Oo

Superb mucker, yer deffo weren't going to be beaten. :thumbup :hail

Just a quick update... still running fine with no issues . junked the pc3 as felt it was adding nothing to the party :p i blame who ever tuned it rather than the pc itself... Feels better for it and some nice popping on the overrun
