first day back on the bike to work do about 6-7 miles mainly 40 mph ring road . any way wet roads as i get on the ring road i notice the glimmer of oil or diesel so taking it steady i carry on . slowed behind a car i wait for a car in right hand lane to go passed i pull out and wait for it to pass slow car . being impatient i give it some gas in 3rd rear tyre spins up and bike goes sideways very quickly shut off throttle wait for sphincter to shut and carry on slowly to work and i thought ice was bad

your not wrong maybe pick a diff way to work over gunthorpe bridge via gods own road i need the practice would have to get up early

I was very tempted to get mine out today to go work on as the roads had a dry line. Didn't in the end as there is still too much salt around.:jack

wifes took the car back and its quicker on the bike its nice to be back on it but bloody cold wishing it was hotter and dryer

when i got to work yesterday i was sweating. Thought it would be colder on the way home. Got home sweating ! Turned off heated vest today. Wish i had got the temp control for it! Hardest bit is going through the tunnel , well hot in there!

im alright till i get in to the workshop as the master tech normally has the heating on its like walking into a sauna start sweating straight away leathers and thermals and heaters dont mix
