Rev Limiter

Hi, I picked up a 2013 Caponord Touring model today and really enjoyed the 100 mile ride homw from the showroom. Is there a rev limiter at about 6500 rpm?

No, not at that point. Is around 8500 in 1st and 9200 in the rest if I remember, when you get there it just gently eases back. No abrupt ignition cut or anything, just stops accelerating.
