Oli, gonna have to sort out a shop for you soon! any news on the haga decal set costings?

if its going to blow my load then Im thinking a new number board front and rear would look sweet, mines like the top left but where its black mine is carbon. can this be done my old mucka?

Oli, I'm no Photoshop wizz as you can tell, did this with Paint. LOL

The measurements are as they are fitted to the bike and were done with a flexible measure tape so they are actual measurements.

These look mint,

but i want to pretty much re do my whole bike is a 2001 diablo but with the silver number boards front and back, The paintwork is perfect but the stickers have suffered from spending two years in a shed with ***** on top of it. (prevous owner)

what i want is same design as i have now but with white number boards, because i think they look much better.

I've looked at image works and heard good and bad things about them. is there some one on here who can do the whole lot? i'd like some swingarm decals and a hugger decal too :)

All my number boards were Imageworks, decals (bikedecals.co.uk) and hugger decal of some spanish bloke on fleabay.......no probs with quality of fiirst 2 although guess easier as not matching anything (bike was bog standard before with knacked OEM decals)...hugger was a ballache to do tho and isn't perfect close up, but might be my fitting technique!:)

Looks good mate :thumbup

I've seen a guy on here who does the hugger decals but my hugger like yours has little veins in it and the ones i saw were for flat huggers. but they looked ace and i think he does some of the blue IP stickers too.

Yeah, the decal fits best on a flat carbon hugger....to get it to stick to the standard one I had to treat it with sealant (Thompsons) first which was white, then sprayed it black again, fitted decal (more like stickers rather than proper decals - red stripe bit first followed by the 2 x 'Aprilia' ones) then clear laquered it to try and get it flat (was some 'ripples' in the letters due to curvature of hugger)...not helped by not being able to get it off so had to mask everything and do it insitu !! lol but does look better than plain one:)

yeah spoke to the guy at image works they will put em on for me at pretty much no extra cost !!

I rekon i could be a bit ham fisted with fitting as i'm not very patient with stuff :angry

LOL you certainly need patience to fit vinyl decals, especially if you have never done them before. :devious

It's not difficult once you have the knowledge but its pretty damn frustrating learning. I got through a few sheets of vinyl before I got mine right.

you guys make me laugh, rear hugger decal in 3 sections is easy, 1 strip is one handed..come on lads..make an effort...lol

ps i can make one to fit the standard hugger but need one to make a template up..

2000 haga rear decal..its not fitted properly ink still wet but you get the picture...

have sized the other thanks amb, need a tester so will be sending amb a set to try out..:thumbup
