Hi, Just returning to biking after a long lay off. Picked up a 2000 Gen1 RSV Mille that has had a few mods etc. Had it just under a week, its a project and as such working my way through a few things. Mainly related to finding what has happened to it over the years mechanically. Has great service history upto 30k, was used on a track in its early years from 2006 to 2012 I think. There is a bit of a black hole from 30k to 55k - All part of the fun and it has been laid up since 2017/8.
Its had a few of the recommended upgrades, collector, Titanium slip on, eprom (Gabro F255), open air box upgrade, Jester Evo front end kit, digital race dash, 16/44 sprocket upgrade.
Still getting to grips with slipper clutch, as it is dragging quite a bit, wheeel still turns when clutch disengaged etc. Which is novel. Surew I will be pinging a few ? out there. Not sure how regular this site is visited but hope to find some kindred spirits!
