Greetings!!

Have owned rsvs for a few years now.

And currently have a:

03 RSVR in Black
Renegade AirFilter unit
TWIN renegade pipes
Suspension sorted by K-Tech
Streetfighter Bar Conversion.

I WAS thinking of selling her, but when i eventually pulled her out of the workshop and started her up...

The sound from the Twin Renegades has made me think again about selling!! :roll

Welcome E Man, got any piccies??

Be the bike sounds awesome with the Renegade set up.

This one was taken around June time before i fitted the Renthal Bars.

Awesome looking bike.

:thumbup Cheers...

Had this one for about 18 months now, after having the standard RSV before that.

Done around 5000 miles in that time on her.

Thinking of getting over to Spain this year too!! :doug

Hi

Just wanted to introduce myself and say a quick hello to you all. I've just registered and am the proud new owner of a 2004 1000R :thumbup
I've not got any pics uploaded yet but will get them done as soon as I can.

I used to have a Millie about 4 years ago but had to let it go and have been drooling at the prospect of owning another 1 of these magnificent V twins.

The poor guy I bought it from must have been desparate for the readies as I got a bargain :biggrin

Completely stock bike, immaculate, £3000!!!!!!!

Looking forward to getting to know you all and racking your brains for tech advice etc.

Tony.

welcome

Just thought I'd say hello, new here as you can see. I've ridden enough to see the "service" legend appear and so will take it to the service tech.

I have an issue that must be settled that have to do with the build at the dealership. The kinked evaporator hose under the seat and fuel tank I repaired and rerouted myself, but the mangled subframe, (missing rivnuts under the seat, right side replaced with a 10mm rivnut and the left side is a gaping hole!! The seat is held down by a 10mm hex head bolt.).

The problem with the kinked hose was negative pressure in the tank, enough to cause the tank to squeeze the engine and not allow removal. If you don't vent the tank before the attempt to raise it, you break parts. Ask me how I know. By chance, the minimum adj. valve was only twelve dollars. Also, the tank grows in length to bind on the triple clamp. Venting cures all this, but the unkinking of the hose is the fix.

Howdy to ya sir, nice bike hope you get all the problems sorted out soon...:thumbup

It's nice to be here. See you around. :thumbup

Hi all! I am usually over at AF1 or FOC-U, but now I have found this spot.

Here is my baby. It started out life as a 2001 Mille R.
