My last ride - remember yours!!

just a bit....it was an absolute monster.....had to be ridden hard all the time....put loads of money and effort into it then lost my job:angry
it had more power than i'd ever need....cracking on the track and a complete head turner.my zx6r was a bit like that too but a bit more refined power wise

i have a thing about black bikes.....thought about spraying the mille black but i think i like the red too much!!

had a b1h mate ,awesome little firecracker ,,,,mental would buy another in a heartbeat:biggrin

Loving the daytona mate. I had a blue one and they went really well and sounded awesome aswell. Brakes were **** though.

You need to get rid of that yellow jkt though mate looks like puke.

Don't knock old yeller, looks alot better now with a few patches on it:biggrin. Mostly use my alpinestars race jacket I'm wearing in my avatar. Just use the yellow so I can keep the other in reasonable condition.

My last bike, 1997 VFR750. Great bike, very forgiving and fast enough annoy most people.

This was my last ride before my 01 Rsv-R. Was almost killed in the rush when I put it up for sale!

Mine was a CBR600 F brand spanker 1996

Not to be underestimated, it was an F not an R than had the proddy 600 track record in the wet at Oliver's Mount.

Last bike was a Street Triple R c/w arrow full system. Would have kept it but got offered close to the original purchase price and decided to go for two (or three;) ) cheap bikes for the price of one, which includes the Falco......

Sharkie was it easy to sell the Vmax. I have one thats not as nice as yours but is a very original 1984. I have been thinking of selling it but never been sure of the interest out there.

It was very easy to sell I stuck it on EBay and got 1500 quid more than I payed for it 9 years before. Just make sure you get some good pictures of it with uncluttered background showing the bike at its best and stick a sensible reserve on it.
I watched quite a few on eBay before listing mine to get a general idea of what sort of interest they generate and there still seems to be a good market for them.

nice sound buddy.

Just one thing, why do people who video bikes rev the bike and film the exhaust???? I can hear it yes but nothing is happening with the can? unless you have flames coming out:devious

just somethign that bugs me :lol Oh I do loov the old bandits too :thumbup

I havn't seen the vid, but if you're standing over there it also puts you right in line to get hit with a broken chain.. :p
