Hey Fellas :thumbup

Thumbing through some old pics the other day and stumbled across my LAST bike, the old THUNDERARSE.

Reason I liked it soooo much was the fact that I NEVER stopped tinkerin with it, such a great bike and modded to the f&$k :devious

136 RWHP and dynomite in the handling, unfortunately my constant altering of the geometry is what finallly saw the bike in a low speed higside :rant

The result of an extra 45mm higher rear end and Dunlop 002R saw the back end whip out, anyway nuff said.

My last bike was a Triumph Sprint RS. There are politicians more interesting than that bike.

Mine was a Kawasaki ZX7R.

Was a great bike for trackdays but not for a trip to the Nurburgring!!! I suppose it didn't help that I was wearing a backpack! :dunno

I would get another if I could afford it :biggrin

This is one of 2 bikes I never had and always wanted, almost bought one last year in mint condition, sadly glad I didnt as I wasnt ready for divorce yet irate

My first big bike

Then the blade which I got re-painted

Then my TL

Then ZX9R

and then RSV 1000 99

and now my lovely 2 tone yellow RSVR

and yes I have changed the Exhaust thans Sabre

Mine was a CBR600 F brand spanker 1996 hated every part of that bike and just before i sold it I rung the **** out of it and managed to do one of the quickest laps of Peterborough ring roads.

here's my old ZX9r F2p. damn that was a nice bike. no fuel gauge or fuel light though. bit of a bugger. pictured with twintorque Rob's Mille R. had a blast on it later that day and bought one 4 weeks later.

Not quite my last ride (I've still got it!) but the EXUP was my big bike before I got the RSV.

My last bike - great bike, but as soon as I test rode an RSV Factory it had to go! :thumbup

Trouble is, the grass always looks greener on the othe side, currently perving over an GSXR 1000 K7 Yoshimura rep! :eatcorn

Mine was an 07 SV650s bikini fared

I brought it braned spaniking new when i was 17 as they had an offer on a the time that you got a free 33bhp restrictor and 0% finance..

Only thing was it struggled to keep up in a straight line with my usuall riding buddies..

so when i was 18 i bit the bullet and brought my dream bike - the factory :thumbup

Now look who cant keep up :devious

Theotoricaly the rsv is/was my last ride as ive just brought a ktm 525 exc aswell and converted to supermoto :doug

Should bring some fun in 2010 :thumbup

here's my old trixxie,did it up over the winter,43 miles later women pulls out in front of me,rebuild including new frame & while I was at it,rebuild motor with new rings ,gasflowed head & race cams of ebay for £24 95bhp
