killaprilla: Thanks bud, very good of you. I`ll certainly give you the nod should I need any advice, as yours has been very tastefully, and skillfully done ! :thumbup

no probs dex like i say need any info - send me a pm - the new blades are quite litteraly like a jig saw puzzle to strip apart - - tina says thanks too

A very nice bike, being a Honda iam sure the quality is there. Not sure what you are going to do in your spare time now the twin has gone (nothing to fix).

You have chose the best colours I believe. Good luck mate.

yeah dex spent loads on it naturally it came out of my account carbon hugger ,chain guard , heel plates , custom fairing stickers - only because mine came with loads of carbon on it she had to have some too :rant

if u want any info give us a shout - done the rear taillight mod ( ie indicators in the tail light ) so no unsightly back end - and she still wants more

TINA'S BACK END AINT THAT UNSIGHTLY WES :dunno

LOL .....................................

AND AS FOR WANTING MORE MATE I BET YOU'VE HEARD THAT FROM A FEW BIRDS IN YOUR TIME :devious

Dex you've got to get a nice can on it like killas mrs blades or something. My mate has a similar can on his gsxr 750. It's a stmpy yoshi which looks awesome and sounds awesome but not loud at tick over as you would expect.

Killa it looks stunning in black with gold rims. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

Still has a nose like a babboons arse though. Seriously what was Honda thinking?

If I couldhave one of these I would. Its just not worth loosing so much money on the Ape.

LOL what about the money you loose on a Honda already being discounted and still current model, not sure about over there but silly money here wait a couple of years and have both that would be nice

My Ape has cost a total of £12,000 looking through all the invoices. Honda offered me less than £5,000 to trade it in. "For that reason I'm out!"

Why dont you take the blades engine out along with the rear brake and stick it in the rsv??

:devious:devious

Nice
Wish I still had my 929 :(

Similar tale here. Back in 04 I bought a brand new factory at £10995 plus a full akrapovic system with carbon cans and hangers £1295 plus meta 357 alarm £299 plus datatag kit £59.95. Total spent £12648.95.

20 months later i had to sell my gorgeous italian because i just ran out of money and having a little lad. Sold for £6800 with all the trimmings still on it. I was absolutely gutted and missed the RSV as it was an awesome machine. A passion that i've not found in any other bike which is why i'm back on another absolutely stonking RSV!!:doug:inlove.

I miss the top end of my R1 but lets face it, how often do you get to use the top end? I prefer twisties any way. As for RSV top end I can't grumble with this, managed at bruntingthorpe down the runway the other weekend
