What a small world it is, i think i passed my bike test with you back in the 90s.
Do you run the bike shop on beechdale road?
If it is you then , what a top bloke.. recomend you to any one.

That's me buddy, thanks for the compliment, feels good to know I've helped people over the years and made a living at it at the same time. Still got the shop and all's going well thanks.

Just come back from my first ride on the bike. Less comfy than I'm used to but a fun machine, need to get used to it and man up a bit on me aching wrists and a*se lol

Dont live in Notts any more but next time im over i will pop in the shop and say Hi.

Are you riding the T during lessons ? im sure you had a FJR1300 when i did my intense 1 day course with you

The T is only for pure fun, it'd be unbearable as an instructing tool, I use a Pan European for that. I used to have an FJ1200 in a champagne colour in the early 90s, that might be what you remember. I'm away from the shop all week but feel free to pop in on the off-chance I'm in.
