Griffs coming to Newcastle in the north east!

Hey up chaps. I'll do either day too and the rideout. As for using my house on the Tues, afraid I don't have a garage if the weather is bad. Got a big drive though and could rig up some tarpaulin covering?

DISASTER!!!. Sorry matey but due to work I cant get any day for the first two weeks of october off. Apparantly my work colleague is the sickly sort and put in a six week sicknote! Anyway I thought I would let you know straight away so that someone can take my place. I did however pm griff a few days ago about a new jet for the gearbox so I can find bloody neutral. I will be working around the north east so if I can pop in to pick the jet up when he is up here that would be great.

im an absolute numpty!!! yes im a fool and an ***** and yes there has been a few stern words said by my good lady calling me all the tw*ts under the sun!!:jack

im sorry guys but im flying back from portugal on the 5th of october so i cannot do the monday........in the potugese branch of the family theres an important birthday if i make excuses for missin that then they'll never speak to me again:rant.......that coupled with months of sleepin on the sofa.....not a good outlook in the griffer household!!

with this in mind i can do the tuesday/wednesday no worries!! or perhaps it wouldbe better for me to move things ahead one week???

please let me know on this and i will be lead ny your good selves......i have a bit of making up to do! i promise it will be worth it!!

to give you guys some idea of what i can manage per day without goin overboard is a full service an two tune ups......

the amount of work that is proposed i would suggest is probably three days work....i will stay for that long if this is cool????


once again i apologise from the bottom of my heart im a fool (who isnt goin to get any lovin from mrs griff for a long time because of this mistake believe me!!) and i look forward to sortin this out!!

Antony i will call you in the morning to explain myself and arrange a way of sortinhg this mess out!!

Nee bother to me like!

I'd prefer the week after though as I have to give a bit of notice for me hols to get a couple of days off if we're going for a blast too. Week earlier is too tight for hols although that is the general consensous, I'll wrangle a day 'working from home' (cough!) and miss the ride out.

sure no worries!!

set up of throttle bodies inc all remaps and CO set £40

valve clearence check £80

interim serv £195 (half day inc parts!)

Full serv £275 (most of the day inc parts!)

suspension set up.......as long ive had a couple of good payin jobs during the day then FOC! if were doing suspension set ups all day then £40per hour! usually takes around 2 hours...ish)

the whole idea witht he suspensio set ups idea is that i will do some service work during the day then in the afternoon after the work is done then suspension set ups are FOC bring a few mates !! hehe!!

I can move ahead 1 week but i will need to know quickly so i can change my holidays and looking at what griff can do in one day it looks like he needs 3 days if this is the case if Anton can still do the monday and tuesday we can move to my location on the wednesday and i can put griff up on the tuesday night at my place i will check the posts to see what happens

I can do the Tuesday and Wednesday. I won't be in all day, will be in and out for lectures, but will leave the garage open with the kettle and associated bits!

I can't do the next week unfortunately.

What sort of time would you want to start in morn Griff?

So need to know who can do what day again please chaps!
