Looks like a fueling issue - its running too lean at low revs & too rich at high revs....
Will post up when i know more...

A quick observation on the weather (met office) and its not looking good on saturday, light to heavy showers clearing up mid afternoon. if we get Brampton way fairly quickly then slow it down we should miss the worse of it.
