got the forks back from rechroming and put them on with no hassle. I've done 2 days commuting, 60 miles and the fork seals are leaking again. I've spoken to the chromers and they've said they'll pick them up and have a look because they're under a year guarantee. So i've got to take my bike apart again. I'm miserable now.

it isn't costing me any more money and i've had the bike for the only shift i do where i go to work in rush hour, so it could be worse. I'm just a bit worried the fork problem could be a bit more of a problem. If they have rechromed them, straightened them and checked they are the right diameter and fitted new seals then they shouldn't leak unless they've been put back together by someone wearing oven gloves!
