Dark Cold Nights!!!! - winter mods?

Well, I've been braving the cold mornings for the lovely sunny days to commute on the bike this week. But tonight I was working late and came back in the dark.... for the first time on my 08 RSVR!

Now thinking of winter mods.... primarily HIDs

Anybody fancy a group buy of HIDs, recommend any or got issues? I know there has been threads on HIDs already but non for group buy.

Anyone suggest anything else before the salt forces it into the garage?

Thoughts? advice?:dunno

HID group buy is a winner, keep me informed if this goes ahead. Also, as for the salt, scottoiler do a product called fs 365 which is designed to be sprayed anywhere and everywhere on the bike to stop corosion, such as the frame, forks, nelectrical connections etc.

AFC50 is a better product, me thinks.
