New shape is much better ride IMO.

It does not seem as "tall" when it is ridden, CG wise and feels more precise.

No mate, haven't yet had the pleasure, but my three best drinking buddies are an airline captain, a freelance chopper pilot and a PPL holder (who is of course, the biggest bullshitter of all of them!). Add their various mates/relatives in the flying industry and our pub conversation rarely veers away from aviation, motorcycles and ****.
But at least they always pre-announce their TLAs!:nana

Where bouts are you, near Sarum or Andover (Yes I know it's in Hampshire......just) ?

Not me mate. Never really been that enthralled by Cessnas (although if I could afford to do a rotary licence ...). My PPL mate flies out of Sarum although he's been pretty inactive
recently - got a lot of other things on his plate.

Here he is on one of our more interesting aviation-related adventures - this was 4am on the M4/A34 interchange and not a copper in sight. Bit different from the way you guys move aircraft about eh? BTW, this Antonov's sister is up at Popham if it looks familiar.

I'm in Amesbury - we'll probably be getting up to the Avebury pub gathering during the summer and I'd like to do Poole at least once. Will let you know if we get anything organised (more than the usual 10 minutes in advance!).

Avebury (Red Lion)......too many Cozzers with DB meters and speed guns, however I have been known to tootle over from Swindon for a look see in the summer.

My ex Bro In Law lives in Amesbury, I have been there many........
