:thumbup

Great... now I have wood and the missus went to bed early... Thanks Paul. Those really do look ****, don't they? How do I make lightning strike twice Pauly? I can't really ask where you got yours unless you think there may be another set kicking around... Or when you trade up, you could let me know...

I got mine from Ebay. A guy in Sheffield was selling them after he sold his Factory for a Duc 999, most of the punters didn't realise that they were the Ti set, and bidding stopped at about £150. One other bidder obviously knew what they were, so I used one of the Auction sniping websites to jump a higher bid in at the last second. I drove over on the Saturday & picked them up - I rang and agreed that as it was for a brand new bike I wanted to make sure "mint" was exactly that. They are as new condition so i gave the man his cash and drove home a happy chappy.

The only place I have seen advertising them new is MaxMoto who are quoting £874. I dont know if AF1 have any, might be cheaper to Canada?

Prior to spotting these I was looking at either Leo Vinces or the Hex Akras (way too much cash).

It's quite ironic that the standard RSVR Factory cans I bought last year for Liz's Tuono - simply for the colour - were advertised by the seller as being the titanium race cans. I think everyone knew they were stock and I was the only bidder paying £100 including p+p. Keep looking on Ebay - these cans do come up from time to time and dont gain much interest.

Muchas Gracias Paul. Something for me to do in the long winter nights ahead. I'll talk to you later about sniping fleaBay. I thought that I had a pair of leathers and 2s from end some m/f snuck in. I was PISSED!

Paul - It was you who got those Ti's off fleabay then. Well done fella. I was watching them and at one point thought they were gonna be a bargain and then they shot up. They are very nice and they sound f**king awesome. Had some on when I took my RSVR around Cadwell and people were commenting how nice they sounded. Just a point mate, if your gonna track the T with the Ti's on they measured 103db when I went.

I took them off and sold them when I had to get rid of the RSVR but regretting it now. Wished I had kept them.

Shvl - You won't be disappointed if you buy some mate

No worries - my tuoldo has a full race system, only 98dB since I repacked it, and Cadwell (my local track) has a 105dB limit :cheers

Gawd that looks sexy, tone... I like the slightly exclusivity while maintaining the Aprilia name. Then the nice officer can't complain about my "aftermarket" pipes. Wonder how many pairs made it over to the Colonies...

Hi karumba. Got the cans sorted and faaarrrrrrrrkkkkkiiiiiiiinnnnnnnn hell their nice.
If any one fancies doing their own cans don't be scared its not too hard. Theirs an excellent thread on Af1 on the way to go about it.
Like V60 says ££££££££££££ how much for a name. The Ape Racing ones look great on my bike and once you've got the crap out of them they are actually quite light , if thats what your after.
Cans £130 + bits £50 = bargain. If you already have decent stock cans its even sweeter :thumbup

look nice nobster, but i think i would have cut em back another 4inch or so..

Went out in the sun for an hour yesterday, quite a roar a can tell thi. Heinus Gericke are suposed to have a big sale on, BOLLOX they have. Only thing on sale were them power ranger leathers like Shvlheeds. Anyhoo if you get down sunny Salford for whatever reason watch the round about at the precinct. Its rippled to ****, like being in a friggin field.

I wanted to bid as well, but was working my seven 12s in nine days portion of my rotation and neglected to check in on the forum. I'm pissed at myself as I am sure I could have had one of the brothers pick them up for me and send them by the Queen's mail to the Colonies. Thanks for help pauly, hopefully I'll be more on the ball next time. That was an awesome price. And I would have eaten the postage to the New World, cheerfully.

And the search continues... Nobster, get offa yooz *** and help us find some decent cans as you are the Can Lord!!!

another set here

This joker has spelled Aprilia incorrectly (TIP always search APRILLA as well) and is claiming that a set of stock can's are Titanium, so he wont receive much attention.

If you are OK with stock silver coloured for coring, do you want Liz's OLD can's?
