Right guys i'm after a bit of feedback for my bike colour...so please be honest :eatcorn but gentle :biggrin

A little while back I really fancied spraying my bike totally black, and milleboy82 did a photoshop mock-up of what it could look like.

Mock-up black

Bike as it was..

As it is now with black bellypan.

Much as I love the yellow, after my highside earlier in the year some of the panels still require a proper sprayjob to get it fully sorted again back to it's previous pristene condition, but I couldn't afford to do it so I resprayed the bellypan with Satin black with Halfords paint (surprisingly good finish if i say so myself :biggrin)see last pic.

I think it would look good doing it all Satin black, but am just a bit scared if I fcuk it all up :roll.

So...my quandry is...do I go for it or not :dunno

Added a pole ...

Personally sprocker squire, I like the yellow and black contrast you have going on as the bike is, so my vote would go for staying as you are :thumbup

Highside? That must of been before my time sir, either that or you kept it most very quiet indeed :devious

definately YELLOW Sprocks .............. :thumbup

Besides, I think BLACK might be a little too fast for ya :devious :biggrin

keep the yellow & black
Maybe fit a later tank then detail the bottom section black ?

Sprocker, definately keep it yellow. If it was mine, with the money i'd get a genuine carbon front mudguard, carbon under seat panels, carbon rear hugger and carbon heel guards. The black and yellow contrast would be awsome

I did the bellypan black to try and slow me down Boyler :biggrin

Interesting idea cheesy, would that involve much modification or would it be a straight swap :dunno and do you think it would look better ?

Ummm... Boyler, bestist mate and obviously the fastest rider with the most beautiful bike :biggrin if your reading this what would these bits cost me... :devious

If i knew how to use photoshop i could colour in the panels and mudguard to see what it looked like :roll I usually print off a picture the bike in yellow then colour it in but it's not the same really is it :biggrin

Gotta be silver fella.

2 reasons.

1 to match that gorgous pipe :pirate

2, silver one are by far the quickest out there :doug

If a proper colour isn`t an option then go with the yellow. Looks far better than Ghostrider look a likeee:thumbup

no no no no.
Is gotta be black mate,(with a little yellow sticker!!) less is more and no more fly loving yellow.

Forgot to add sprocker, go back to the orginal silver bellypan as it was in picture 2, but with the carbon bits.

keep it black with small yellow stickers, the little stickers make it go faster!

keep it original but as said do the carbon bits starting to change mine got the hugger and chaian guard on order with boyler. at a very good price i might add

Last yellow bike I had was my brand new 1977 400/4 F2. Do like the song says, paint it blaaaack (see crap pics in my garage for inspiration).

I like the black belly pan...and i think all black would be cool, but only if you have a black headlight cover to go with it! :)
