As is I think Sprocker, the yellow and black is a cool colour scheme that mother nature herself uses a fair bit so it can't be all bad. I always wondered why they did yellow and grey to be honest as yellow and black was always a better option in my mind.

No Sprock, the guy I bought it off had it done by someone in the motorsport industry as a favour (he runs a car race team) and it's a really nice job, although it's flaking off the faring panel a bit now where it got knocked. Colour is called McLaren Black apparently and it has a very subtle flip in it so just occasionally you'll catch it in the light and it shows deep purple.
If i'd have sprayed the bugger it would have been Halfords matt black primer all over, including the disks, chain and instrument panel- so it's a good job I didn't.
