I thought the CSA was for ensuring the child fathered was backed up financially by the father.

If you dip your wick and father a child then you should be prepared to pay for it.

hector: I presume that your comment is not actually meant to antagonise, but it DOES come across a bit that way........

The ONLY reason that my ex wife went to the CSA was because she was advised to by her solicitor when we were getting divorced, on the grounds that if I left the house to my ex wife (which I did, in its entirety), then any mortgage company would consider a CSA income as calculable for the purposes of obtaining a mortgage. So, in other words, it enabled my wife to re-mortgage the house, and have my name taken off it, which was what we BOTH wanted.

That was the only reason, and had nothing to do with me not paying for my kids.

It`s a very emotive subject, this one hector, for dads like me and B/spider, who DO care about our kids, which is why B/s has reacted like he has........

Yeah I'm done, had my rant.
Lifes too short.

........indeed; I`m done too mate :laugh

By the way B/S, back on topic..........just been looking at your ebay ad again, and I notice you`ve mentioned that you can no longer sell the T, etc....

IIRC, you can actually withdraw the ad full stop mate...........just say that the item is no longer for sale ?

To be honest guys , it really has nothing to do with me .

As for the add you can stop it, I have stopped adds here before on ebay .
Search the columns , it is in there .

To stop the add ,go to the item you`re selling and on the right is SELL SIMILAR.

under it is more actions, click on that and in the drop down you will see ..........END ITEM

No you've missed the point, I have ALWAYS paid, from the day he was born up until 3 weeks ago when the csa contacted me. She has had money every week since his birth. I have even given her extra in the last few years to pay for furniture and a car.
What I'm saying is the csa won't accept that I have paid well over what I was ever meant to despite receiving proof from me when I sent a box full of receipts. They are claiming as the money never went to them first as my ex ask them to collect, they want back pay. The amount they want is about a 5th of what I've actually paid so in fact, my ex owes me thousands.
I have always paid, even for things I shouldn't have to just to give my boy a good life.

I can understand your dilema mate . I get the hump when the guys who don`t offer support . Every little helps.

So glad I didn't sell it. Went out today, nearly lost the front end on a slippy roundabout, got wet, had to stop about 5 times as it rained so hard, had many moments with the back end but still came home smiling.
I love this bike!

Nice one B/S; still happy with those SP Engineering cans mate, now you`ve had them on the bike for a bit ?

Absolutely, they are brilliant. I put the baffles in for the MOT but now I leave them in, it means I don't need ear plugs and I think it smooths out the running but they're still louder than any mivvs. There is definitely a midrange gain and a surge at about 7000rpm. I love the look, get loads of people asking about them and with the baffles out the sound is incredible. I do think with the baffles out it would benefit from a power commander to smooth it out but that's being really picky. All in all I'm really chuffed, they are best exhausts I've had on any bike.
