What is the Uk legal minimal tyre depth...... I've seen 1mm a few times yet I have been told 3mm only today buy a dealer!

hi guys can someone please advise me what to check .cos the markers on the swing arm are both set on the same marker. but i am unsure which to adjust next or which is the best way to set it right and by how much should the chain miss the tyre by my tyre is a 190 /50/17

Picked up the Tuono yesterday!! Brilliant fun that bike!!! Anyway, it's fitted with Bridgestone 021's (front as new, rear slightly squared off but will do at the moment!!). I'm trying to find out the correct road riding pressures on the net but have seen quite a variation...
has anyone else had this problem? just had new tyres fitted to my wheels, changed from a 180 to a 190 and when i've put the wheels back on, the chain is just slightly touching the side of the tyre:eek: what the ****?
please some one tell me it's an easy fix without going back to a 180, lol.
Took the T out at the weekend to scrub in a new set of Pirelli Diablo Corsa's, less than 100 miles later, the rear is completely flat with a hole slap bang in the middle of the tyre! :banghead
My mates carried on to a nearby bike shop and got one of those puncture repair kits with the rubber...

Hi all, I'm doing a Brands GP circuit track day on 24th and was wondering if anyone knew what tyre pressures are best for my '04? I've had my suspension properley set up so no worries there but no clue on tyres. (I have 2CT's on at the mo) Any other track day tips greatly appreciated too :thumbup

So last night after a pretty rapid ride back from Squires, everything felt A1, hard cornering - front end solid as anything no worries... :thumbup
Last mile or so before home, left the traffic lights pulled a cheeky 2nd gear wheelie (like you do) not massive...
Has anyone used or had any experience with a 190/55 profile rear tyre on their RSV Mille. I currently run a 190/50 but it doesnt turn in like my old 180/55 used to and its also quite close to the chain!
Just wanted to check what tyre pressures i should be running on the Tuono Facotry (190 rear, 120 front)
So manual states only 2.5 and 2.8 bar. Great i thought, but when i saw the little sticker on the bike it states that pressure for two up riding and 2.3, 2.5 for single.

hi all can anyone tell me what they think about tyre size my rsv is on 190's it was when i bought it but ive seen others with 180's which handles better.
