i know alot of threads about this but this is a new question after servicing my 03 RSVR i thought i would measure the throttle bodies to see what size they were got a vernier caliper on them and the internal measurements on them was just under 51 mm whats the deal with this i thought that...

My Mille keeps dying on me, anyone had any experience with throttle sensor switches? and any threads relating to them?

Eh up Is there a cheep mod for a quick action throttle for the R. Some thing like the Hairy Rs clip. About the only thing i can fault my new baby on is the amount of twist you need to get things going Cheers in advance

Has anyone on the board fitted one to their mille? I'd like to fit one to mine and wonder if anyone has any experiance of what works well on these bikes.

Well folks it was a nice day so i took the bike out for its second time and bam :mad1, when i started her up the proper way she screemed her guts off and thought just the throttle had stuck open but on further investigation it looks like either a cable has been routed incorrectly or its catching...

My throttle is not as smoothe as it could be. Any ideas how to lube it? Its not a standard aprilia one. There is an allen bolt on the back is this a lubrication hole? Also what lube should i use?
